About the event
Goalies and Players!
Goalies will be working with Coach Anthony on goalie specific skating and station drills. We will focus on technique and save selection, as well as the basics such as rebound control, tracking, and positioning.
Players will be working with Coach Abby on the foundations of power skating. Creating better technique to improve their stride, balance, agility, and power.
